Please contact The State Health Plan for enrollment in Medical Benefits,855-859-0966. For all other Voluntary Benefits, please contact The Enrollment Center at 980-343-1754.. The State Health Plan is open between 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday - Friday, on normal business days.  New hires have 30 days from the date of hire to enroll.  For Qualifying Life Events, employees have 30 days from the date of the event to submit supporting documentation.
